With 2023 coming to an end, I am documenting my three main focuses of 2024:Systematize all of my repeatable actionsMeasure all of my key metricsPerform 'Sunday Evaluations' on my performance on the key metricsThe goal of these items is to free up thinking work for harder problems, gain clarity on my actual output as opposed to my perceived output, and iterate faster on the difference between my intended performance and actual performance to address any desired change.
